This Charter of services represents the Four Rooms Guest House commitment towards the recipients of our services: through this pact the company formally convenes to provide certain levels of service (service standards), confers users the power to control over its actions and clearly indicates which warranty means are available to protect their own rights.

Introduction

Four Rooms Guest House is a guesthouse located in the heart of Oristano, on the third floor with lift, in an apartment building in Via Luigi Canepa 3.

There are 4 rooms available to our guests, each related to one of the raw materials that made Sardinia famous in the ancient world: Sa Osa, Korra, Obioi, Argyron; each with private bathroom.

To facilitate the communication with our guests, we provide a wide range of communication tools:

Description of the services offered and Standards-setting

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, 50” Smart TV, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, hair-dryer. Each guest is provided with a complete set of towels. Depending on the number of nights there is also a complimentary toiletry set and a welcome aperitif. There are also cots for children under two years old, bed fence panels, a printer, iron and ironing board. Wi-Fi is free throughout the facility.

Furthermore, our guests can access our kitchen, equipped with oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction cooktop and other small appliances, with a set of pans, plates, glasses and cutlery ready for use, and the terrace, equipped with an outdoor lounge with armchairs, sofas and a coffee table, as well as chairs, tables and a sunshade all surrounded by a hedge of Benjamin Fig trees.

Complaints procedure
